Grilled corn on the cob is a delightful summer treat. Here are two simple methods to prepare it:
- Grilled with Husks:
- Trim the silk off the tops of the corn.
- Peel away the first layer of husks.
- Grill over direct, medium-high heat until the husks are browned and slightly charred on all sides.
- You can remove the husks completely or pull them back and tie them to use as a handle.
- Grilled without Husks:
- Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
- Brush the corn with olive oil.
- Grill over direct, medium-high heat until tender and slightly charred in spots on all sides.
Serve your grilled corn with butter, salt, and pepper.
